Keith been talking about finishing this series which was started by Grant Morrison in 2006. So I'll run it through to the end of a 12-issue run... This book is about the Authority having trouble with the Carrier and they're trying to find their way home. Issue #6 was due in Dec 08 but has been delayed for reasons no-one has explained, though the exit from DC of Jan Jones probably resulted in a fresh editorial examination of the book. from Don DiDio commented (August 2009) that #6 by Keith Giffen, Robert Loren Fleming and Al Milgrom is never coming out "due to circumstances out of their control," but the miniseries eventually concluded with #7 after several months.-

An interesting quote fom Keith at the San Deigo Comic Con Internatonal DC Nation panel...
"If you heard news Paul Levitz and I were returning to the Legion, how would you respond?" Giffen asked, and the crowd was shocked into applause. "Just wondering." -

"Exnihil" reported on the DC boards details from Keith's discussion:- Giffen/Levitz reunion rumor he said it's a real possibility; that he wants to do it at the drop of a hat, and all that needs to happen is for Paul to say, "Yes." He further conjectured that Paul is closer to saying "Yes" than he has been in a long time.
- Revival of "The March Hare"... Giffen said it's not in the works.
- "Heckler" revival: Giffen slyly referenced that after a certain period of non-publication, the rights revert back to him...
