Presents information on families, simple stories, nursery rhymes and a folktale with the aim of teaching young children to read.
The show was produced by Isambard in association with Good Parent (TV) Limited with funding from NZ On Air, and aired on TV3 (now Three) in 1993, not 1988.
The show was the brainchild of (Dame) Wendy Pye, founder of Sunshine Books, a New Zealand educational publisher.
