Here we have three issues of Daniel's ongoing series of mini comics.

Old Jumper

A couple recall how they used to go diving off the cliffs when they were young and exciting. They decide to go back and try it again to liven things up, but on the way start to have second thoughts. This mini is a straight forward an amusing short story, cleverly illustrated in a very crisp style. A little gem.

Jason Paulos' Hip Flask

A satirical look at how ideas for the Hairbutt the Hippo comic got stolen by a nasty, corrupt foreign creator and used in their comic once they returned to their home town. Funny and scathing in the same breath, this shows the Australians fighting back and winning the moral high ground.

Scars

Wow, this is a very very clever little monologue in which a narrator describes their existence in a series of metaphors that seem quite spooky but have a truly inventive resolution that will make you go Oh, I get it! Can't tell you much more without giving away the punch line, but if you are at all interested in the comics medium you have to have a read of this.

In a Word: Pocket sized treats..
