I found that this collection of strips aims for a tone of cynical disaffection. Roger points out the inherent flaws in racism, US Politics, Nuclear waste and a few more objectionable issues. I'm not quite sure what the point of this is, am I supposed to pat myself on the back because I agree with Rogers opinions?

His artwork is of a high quality, with visual references to Robert Crumb and Zap comics making for some nice moments of "I know what that relates to!" This said, there was only a few isolated moments of entertainment in the pages of this collection (The danger of Mimes is a classic.) and a few "I'm alone and loveless" strips tickled my fancy.

In a Word: flat..
