aka Gregory Dwyer is a New Zealand Born, Australian Based, Voice Artist, Audiobook Narrator & Voice Actor.
When asked if his early role in X Marks the Spot made him think he could have a career in action he told KiwiTV Yes, I did think I had a future as an actor. I made a living at it locally and internationally and went on to many theatre and small film roles. But worked also as a Theatre Technician, TV Floor Manager, film Crew work, performing solo school tours, and as an acting, touring Actor as well as Fringe performances. Basically I worked in every area of theatre, Film Television and Radio, in many roles. From costume and set design, lighting design, Puppeteering, Cameraman, 1st assistant, grip, Stilt performance, Stunt work. And acting roles. Then at 39 changed career to become a Police Officer in Queensland and quickly became a Forensic Crime Scene investigator for 18 years, and with forced retirement from that job at 60 in Qld, in the last few years have come back to full time voice acting. see website. Now I record and create audiobooks for different publishers. So many of the varied skills have been useful during my life and still are as I never know what I will be asked to read next. People always wonder how I have done as much as I have, and, travelled as much. I just say, I have packed a lot into my life so far and made different choices to others.
