Hudson, Brian
A founding producer for Radio New Zealand's Morning Report, one of the first television newsreaders in New Zealand and also read news and presented programmes for the BBC on shows including "The World at One".
For 12 years he was with Radio New Zealand International.
In 2001 Brian and his wife Rose were both awarded the Queen's Service Medal for their 41 years of contribution to community theatre in New Zealand. They had been active as both directors and actors for a number of dramatic societies.
