Presented by Petra Bagust and Simon Barnett, this was a weekly knockout competition where two teams of celebrity contestants battle it out on stage to win money for their chosen charity. But only one could be crowned Superstar and each week, viewers passed their verdict through a text voting system.
The celebrity teams were put through their paces at a weekly 'Sing Like A Superstar Boot-camp', run by a team of professional vocal and movement coaches. The school for superstars taught them everything they need to know about making it in show business. Then they took to the stage to perform everything from rock, pop, to hip-hop in front of a live studio audience and a team of expert judges.
