1977: featured various New Zealand habitats including Okarito, White Island, Fiordland, Mackenzie Country and Sinclair Wetlands, near Dunedin
1978: topics included
Island Volcano: White Island, an active volcano in the Bay of Plenty, erupted almost continuously throughout 1977. With geologists and an ornithologist from Victoria University, the Natural History Unit filmed the volcano's crater and the colony of gannets, which nests on the edge of this seemingly hostile environment.
1979: Okarito and Takahe Country: This year's Feltex Award-winning documentary "Okarito" and award finalist "Takahe Country" mark Conservation Week, featuring rare wildlife revealed in the splendour of this country's hidden area of natural wilderness.
