International Romanian Cartoon Festival Contest

Can make one portrait or caricature?  If so you could be part of the International Romanian Cartoon Festival in 2003, specifically the CARAGIALE Exhibition 

What they want is portraits of the East European writer, humorist, dramatist, caricaturist and journalist, Ion Luca Caragiale, who was kill in 1912 because his work. 

The Rules:
 
Size: Free

Deadline: July 15, 2003.
 
Technique: Free, any style, any technique.
 
The drawings must be original work, in black and white or in color.
 
Computer art will be accepted.
 
The drawings must bear, on the reverse side, the name, christian name and address of the cartoonist. The author's photo or caricature and a short biography in English should accompany the works. (It need for exhibition catalogue)
 
Between 10 and 15 caricaturists participant will be invite in Romania for participation at Cartoon Festival (all expenses will be suported by organizers).
 
We will print one special catalogue. The exhibitors are entitled to a free copy of the exhibition catalogue
