Artist for Hire

Ed Cotugno sent me some artwork and a covering letter in the hope I might be able to give him a job. As a humble small press publisher and reviewer I'm not really in the job giving situation, but perhaps you are and perhaps you should give Ed a job.

I am currently looking for work as a comic book penciler, but I am equally proficient as an illustrator. As my background is in fine arts, I can do a half decent painting. My education is a smattering of graphic art and fine arts at Humber and Sheridan Colleges. Other than that I taught myself with books and life drawing classes.

I am an extremely ambitious person am also a very hard worker. I have been called a human drawing machine. Although I know speed is no substitute for solid work, I feel the pace at which I work at can be a benefit come deadline time. What I am trying to say is, I can give you professional quality work at a fast tireless pace.

As my influences are mainly from such renaissance painters such as Michelangelo, Durer, Tintorino and others, my anatomy and perspective is complete. My art, like Leonardo, is part Science. An art that is at once in awe of the beauty of nature, and fascinated by the world of symbols and ideas.

If you are interested in hiring me, my phone number is (905) 846 6669,and my e-mail address is edcotugnoSTOP-@-SPAMhotmail.com.

thank you
sincerely
