Reflections on life as a parent and musician from a Christian viewpoint. There are short cartoons and some longer comics and they all have a purpose.

The web page that John has his comic on is a lean mean comic machine. No bloated bells and whistles, just an easy to follow layout and sensible sized images that load quickly. Reading through the strips on offer uncovered a very well drawn collection of comics that strive to mix a Christian message with entertainment value.

The inside story of a devotional band makes for interesting reading, with the mix of religious themes and day to day band goings on hitting jut the right tone to keep even the most heathen of readers interested. I enjoyed the Just Us cartoons which focus on the father, mother and child. These light-hearted observations of child behaviour make for a fun read.

A number of the more religious themed comics seem content to let a phrase like "it reminded me of Jesus" stand in for a plot conclusion, which I guess will appeal to some readers but just seems a bit of an easy way to write comics.. How am I going to end the story???? I know, the blocked sink reminds me God! You only get to use that ending a few times before it seems a bit tired.

In a Word: Faithful.
