Ben Steckler recently let the members of Smallpressnet know about some Conventions that are happening soon:

Beantown Zinetown Mar 18

In the Boston Area, is being organized by Rich Mackin, creator of the zine "Book of Letters". He's taking reservations now, and uit's my understanding that there is no table fee. For more info try Rich Mackin's site: http://www.richmackin.org

Underground Publisher's Conference. June 23,24

Held on The Campus of Bowling Green University , south of Toledo, OH...Organized by Jason Kuczma and Jen Angel of CLAMOR magazine. Last year, registration was $5.00, and tables were only an additional $5.00 each, plus they made crash space available, and provided veggie buffet meals, for which you could make a donation if you were able. About 70% punks and zine folks, and 30% small press comics folks.. This is a good networking show, and they really make an effort to fill your weekend with activity (Seminars, concert, movie screenings, parties) It was a great time, particularly for the artist on a budget.

Red Bank Comicon. June 29-July 1
