Not sure the exact broadcast details of this, but the book is based on the show about Raggedy Anne and a teddy Bear named Bear and 'Blackiwog', who lives in the dark and who loves to dance & dance.
The book was written by Peter Cape, a NZBC producer on religious shows in the 60s, who is credited as creating the series.
This 32 pages hard covered book was published by Whitcombe and Tombs Limited in 1964.
